Lynmouth Cottage has three bedrooms, two feature comfy queen size beds and the third has one double and one king-single. The bedrooms have warm feather and down doonas, premium linen, blankets, and electric blankets, perfect for enjoying Tasmania’s winter nights.
The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped for cooking up a storm, or relaxing with music, board games and books. The dining area opens onto a sunny deck and garden. The lounge is cosy with a wood fire, comfy couches, NBN WiFi, and a TV with access to streaming services including Netflix, Prime, Kayo Sports, and Disney+. A second living space can be found in the converted garage, a fun games room with pool table and darts board. There is also a desk area for those who need a space for their laptop. The main bathroom, with shower and deep bath is supplemented by a second toilet and laundry area.
There is free off street parking for two cars and plenty of parking space in the street. For those who like to explore by bike, there is a secure space for storing your bikes, on wall racks in the games room. You have all you need to feel at home.
