From our Native Hens and Currawongs, to our Tassie Devils and Padymelons, to our Hand Fish and Giant Freshwater Crayfish, our wildlife is everywhere. You don’t need to go far to see animals that cannot be found anywhere else. Our Parks and Wildlife Service website will help you find out where our wild things are. Some of our favourite, easy to access places include Maria Island, Fortescue Bay, Mt Field, Arthur River, and Freycinet.
